SEAL KIT: Includes 5 pre drilled aluminum track sections, 1 U and O shape rubber bottom seal, and screw kit for replacing or upgrading the bottom seal on compatible garage doors.
RAISED CHANNEL TRACK DESIGN: Convex aluminum retainer helps guide the rubber seal into place and creates a stable base along the bottom edge of the door for everyday garage weather sealing.
RUBBER BOTTOM SEAL: The flexible rubber insert helps reduce drafts, dust, leaves, moisture, and small debris from entering through minor gaps under compatible garage doors.
CUT TO FIT INSTALLATION: Aluminum track sections and rubber seal can be trimmed as needed. Measure your garage door width before installation and cut carefully for a proper fit.
INSTALLATION TIPS INCLUDED: Clean the bottom of the garage door before mounting. Secure the pre drilled track with screws, then slide in the rubber seal. A small amount of detergent may help the seal move through the track more easily.
