2026 D Position A AU/BU Minnesota American Innovation Dollar Mobile Refrigeration
AU/BU Grade AU/BU American Innovation Dollars. These are shiny coins but the Obverse Side will have rub, bag marks, minor scratches and small spots due to the large field of the coin. This is why I grade AU/BU. I wish the U.S. Mint would have put the American Innovation Dollars in the Mint Sets.
POSITION A - Edge lettering reads upside-down when the Statue of Liberty faces up

32nd American Innovation Dollar Issued by the United States Mint
Product Description
The obverse design features a dramatic representation of the Statue of Liberty in profile with the inscriptions IN GOD WE TRUST and $1. The design also includes a privy mark of a stylized gear, representing industry and innovation. In 2026, the privy mark will also incorporate a Liberty Bell with the inscription 250 to commemorate the semiquincentennial of our Nation’s founding. The year of minting, mint mark, and “E PLURIBUS UNUM” are incused on the edge of the coins. The Minnesota American Innovation Dollar Coin reverse design features a 1940s-era truck with an early front-mounted refrigeration unit. The icons adorning the side of the truck identify the diverse temperature-sensitive goods whose widespread transportation was made possible by this innovation. Inscriptions are UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and MINNESOTA. The additional inscription is MOBILE REFRIGERATION.
