Product Description
This small wild bay comes from Nepal. It grows spontaneously in the Mahabharat mountain range, a region of wetlands, at more than 2000 meters above sea level. Not very spicy, this berry surprises with its tangy flavors and surprising citrus notes. It will perfectly enhance fish, shellfish, vegetables, fruits (citrus salad, pineapple) and chocolate desserts.
