About

Acoustic drum shield to reflect and isolate drums for a reduced perceived volume and cleaner recordings. Uses include House of Worship, studios, live performance stages and anywhere you need to isolation sound. The acrylic drum shield isolates the drums so the sound engineer can get a clearner recording or sound mix while also reducing the volume of the drums on stage.
Each acrylic panel is 5 feet tall, 2 feet wide and 1/4" thick and crystal clear. Each panel is hand routered for a smooth, rounded edge for a professional finish. The panels are shipped with a thick, protective paper masking, in a durable, padded shipping box right to your door.
Flexible, full-length hinges are standard for all of our products. These hinges are a dual-durometer, flexible yet robust hinge that allows the panels to fold flat accordian style for storage and transport. The hinges feature three rubber teeth that securely grip the 1/4" thick panel. Once installed, these hinges do not need to be removed. While this style of hinge is more expensive, we believe it's the best choice and know our customers agree.

Flexible hinges allow for full coverage across the drum set. Standard footprint dimensions are more than 8' wide and 3' deep to cover the front and wrap around the sides for excellent sound isolation. The flexible hinges allow the drum shield to wrap around the sides of smaller drum kits, or expand wider to cover larger drum kits. One drum shield = many applications.
Carry bag is made for our 5.5' x 2' drum shields and features heavy duty, lightweight nylon with reinforced shoulder straps for easy carrying. Velcro tabs on the bag allow for easy packing and unpacking of the drum shield inside and works well for storage to keep dust and debris off of your clear panels.

Model B-5×5 is a 5-foot tall, 5-panel (10-foot wide) drum shield with carry bag bundle. Each ¼-inch thick by 60-inch high by 24-inch wide acrylic panel features safe, rounded machine-finished edges. Durable 36-inch semi-transparent hinges are included. The B-5×5 includes a YouTube video link and written assembly instructions. Once the hinge is installed, the panels will fold flat for easy transport and storage. The B-5×5 works great around an average-sized drum kit or large speaker cabinets.
