Product Description
Best known as the frontwomen of the charismatic and popular rock band The Nields, Nerissa & Katryna Nields take an alluring detour on Love and China. In replacing their band's quirky rock-based sound with an enticing mix of folk, country, and pop influences, Nerissa & Katryna sacrifice none of The Nields' charm and appeal. Instead, they recast it to revelatory effect. Setting their seamlessly intertwining voices to sparser backdrops reveals a playfulness and whimsy only hinted at on previous outings, while also magnifying the sincerity of more serious compositions. Love and China is Nerissa & Katryna Nields as you've never heard them, but have always known them¼ Produced by Dave Chalfant.
