Product Information
About this item
- DURABLE: Epicurean's paper composite material is a natural material. Color, primarily our natural color, will develop a deep patina over time, behaving similar to wood or a wood floor. Patina does not affect the performance or integrity of the product/material and Epicurean does not guarantee color fastness for the life of the product. PROUDLY MADE IN THE USA.
- DUAL SIDED: Don't forget to flip! Use both sides of your Epicurean cutting board.
- DISHWASHER SAFE: Save time and effort by washing and sanitizing Epicurean cutting boards and kitchen tools in the dishwasher. For decades, restaurants and home chefs have used this durable material in home and commercial dishwashers. It is recommended that you measure your dishwasher prior to ordering so that you know that this will fit your specific needs.
- KNIFE SAFE: Sharp knives make food prep safer, faster, and easier. Epicurean boards will help keep knives sharper longer. Expect your kitchen knives to lightly score your Epicurean cutting board— this shows the board is protecting the knives' edges.
- EASY STORAGE: Thin and lightweight; built in thumb hole allows for easy storage when not in use.
