About this item

• ICONIC TALK BOX EFFECT Create the legendary talking guitar sound heard in classic rock, funk, and modern guitar solos. The Banshee 2 talkbox delivers expressive vowel-like guitar tones made famous by iconic talk box players.
• TALKBOX or TALKBOX/GUITAR OPTION Players begged us for a talkbox with more features, and here it is! The Banshee 2 is the only talkbox that gives you the ability to let the guitar signal feed your amplifier at the same time that the talkbox effect is turned on!! This way you get your normal guitar signal through your amp while the talkbox effect runs through a mic (and your sound system).
• EFFECTS LOOP Rocktron has brought an exciting new dimension to the talkbox with the Banshee 2 by providing an effects loop which now lets you add other effects into the talkbox signal path, or through your guitar signal path at the same time! These new features allow you to get some wild new sounds never before done with a talkbox! We’ve also added an active LED to tell you when the Banshee 2 effect is engaged.
• BUILT-IN AMPLIFIER DESIGN Unlike traditional talk boxes that require an external amplifier, the Banshee 2 includes its own internal amplifier for powerful talkbox tone with a simple pedalboard setup.
• EASY STAGE & STUDIO USE Plug your guitar directly into the pedal and connect the included talkbox tube to shape your sound with your mouth and microphone for authentic talk box effects.
• CLASSIC FUNK, ROCK & METAL TONES Perfect for styles ranging from vintage funk and classic rock to modern metal and experimental guitar sounds. Ideal for players inspired by legendary talkbox guitar tones.
• DYNAMIC TONE CONTROLS Dedicated Gain and Tone controls allow you to dial in the perfect vocal character—from warm vowel sounds to aggressive synth-like talkbox textures.
• DURABLE STAGE-READY CONSTRUCTION Built with rugged metal housing and reliable footswitch operation for touring musicians and demanding live performances.
• WORKS WITH GUITAR, BASS OR KEYBOARDS Designed for electric guitar but also works great with bass guitar for unique vocal-style bass effects and synth-like tones.
• COMPLETE TALKBOX PEDAL SYSTEM Includes talkbox pedal, tube assembly, and power supply so you can start creating expressive talking guitar sounds immediately.
