The Pentair Pentek PBH-420-1.5 Big Blue Bag Filter Housing is engineered for commercial and industrial water filtration systems requiring reliable chemical compatibility and low maintenance. Built from reinforced polypropylene with a high-flow polypropylene cap, this 20-inch housing handles operating pressures up to 100 psi while delivering a minimal 1 psi pressure drop at 15 gpm through its 1-1/2" NPT ports.Designed for fast servicing, the single large ACME thread closure allows quick access for filter bag replacement without special tools. The lightweight polypropylene construction offers the durability of metal housings without the weight or corrosion concerns, making it ideal for chemical processing, water treatment, and other demanding environments.Every unit ships as a complete assembly with a lead-free bismuth brass pressure gauge, housing wrench, and 3/8" PVC drain valve with Buna-N seals. The EPDM O-ring ensures a secure seal. Compatible with standard 4" x 18.25" filter bags. Housing dimensions: 23.88" x 7.25" (607 x 184 mm).
