This Carlisle 60300-12 disher with thumb-action is 8.38" in length and suitable for scooping ice cream, batters, or other foods in same-sized portions. The scoop is 2.5" in diameter, with a 3.3-oz. capacity. It is made of 18-8 gauge stainless steel for strength and resistance to corrosion. The handle is green and made of plastic for durability. It is ribbed for a secure grip.
