Product Description
Every Barilla sauce reflects the love we have for authentic, Italian cooking...and for our pasta. We select only the ripest tomatoes. We saute our vegetables in imported olive oil. Then we simmer our sauce until the pure, natural ingredients become thick and rich to "hug" every bite perfectly. Basilico takes the fresh flavor of sweet basil and slowly cooks it along with chunks of real tomatoes, olive oil, carrots and onions. The combination of sweet delicate herbs and savory flavors is rich and remarkable. Barilla Tomato & Basil - Basilico Sauce is the perfect partner for just about any Barilla pasta shape, and suits sophisticated and simple pasta cuts alike. Try this fragrant sauce with Barilla Farfalle, Gemelli or even our Spaghetti or Angel Hair. Tomato & Basil - Basilico Sauce comes ready to add to cooked and strained Barilla Pasta by heating it for just a few minutes on low heat or in the microwave.
