To use, place one ball at a time in the cork base and, while sitting, massage the tender points on the soles of your feet. To achieve the desired results, the stones must keep their warmth for an extended duration. Finnish soapstone, known for its remarkable heat-retaining capacity, has been utilized for centuries and is the material of choice for these stones. This unique natural stone, over two billion years old, has been crafted into the massage balls you see before you. To heat them, place the soapstone balls at the bottom of a small, heat-resistant bowl. Pour hot water over the stones until they are fully submerged. Once the water cools to a safe temperature for your hands, remove one of the balls from the bowl. Keep the other ball submerged to stay warm. Dry the stone's surface and, while it's still warm, place it in the shallow recess of the cork base. Set the base on the floor, sit in a comfortable position, and massage the tender areas on the sole of your foot, either crosswise or along the length of your foot. After finishing with one foot, swap the ball in the cork base for the warm one from the water and repeat the process on your other foot.
