About this item
- DURABLE ALUMINUM STITCH HOLDERS – Crafted from sturdy aluminum alloy with a smooth, polished finish that lets yarn glide easily without snagging. Each 12-piece set features a secure clasp lock at one end, keeping stitches in place even when set aside or moved between projects. Built to be lightweight, rust-resistant, and ready for daily use.
- PRACTICAL SIZES (4¾"/6"/7¾", 12 PCS TOTAL, 4 OF EACH SIZE) – The 4¾" (120 mm) fits glove fingers, sock cuffs, and small motif sections; the 6" (150 mm) handles sweater sleeves, scarves, and afghans; the 7¾" (200 mm) holds wide sweater bodies and blanket panels. Each size is color-coded so you can grab the right one in seconds.
- SECURE LOCK, NO YARN SNAG – Safety pin-style closure opens and closes with one hand, keeping live stitches firmly without distorting tension. The polished aluminum surface and burr-free fastener prevent yarn snagging across fingering, DK, worsted, and chunky yarn weights. Each size sized to handle typical project tension – see review feedback for usage tips on the longest holder.
- ESSENTIAL FOR TOP-DOWN AND CABLE KNITTING – Use these stitch holders to set aside live stitches during the "three needles cast off" technique on sweaters, glove gussets, sock heels, hat brims, and Icelandic yoke patterns. Unlike short cable needles (which only hold a handful of stitches for a row or two) or fragile plastic markers, our aluminum stitch holders keep large stitch counts secure for days at a time.
- IDEAL FOR KNITTERS, CROCHETERS & CRAFTING GIFTS – Whether you're a beginner learning your first sweater or an advanced knitter juggling cables, lace, and amigurumi, this 12-piece color-coded set adds organization to any yarn bag, knitting basket, or craft room. A thoughtful gift for mom, sister, friend, or any crafter on Mother's Day, Christmas, birthday, or housewarming.
