The thermometer measures temperatures between -40°F to 450°F (-40°C to 232°C) and features a button to quickly switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature scales. The 9877FDA features a fast response time of less than 6 seconds with 1 second updates for greater efficiency in the kitchen. The min/max memory and hold features help maintain control of the temperature. It also has a convenient built-in clip on the case to secure on a pocket sleeve or apron, plus the plastic sleeve snaps on to the thermometer stem so it won’t slide off.
