The Hillman Group 3339 7/16-14 Square Nut Zinc Plated, 12-Pack

About this item

• FOUR-SIDED ANTI-TURN NUT: This square nut has four flat sides that give more wrench contact and a wide, flat seat, so it grips well and resists spinning when it seats against a flat surface or drops into a channel, slot, or wood recess.
• SQUARE SHAPE SEATS FLAT: Fitting a 7/16-14 coarse bolt, the four sides let the nut sit flush against a rail or wedge into a slot so it cannot rotate, letting you tighten the bolt from the other side without holding the nut still.
• ZINC-PLATED STEEL: Made from steel with a protective zinc plating, the square nut resists rust and corrosion for dependable indoor and light outdoor use, holding a firm, flat-seated grip on channel, wood, and machinery over time.
• CHANNEL, STRUT, AND WOOD USE: Ideal for strut and channel framing, wood connections, machinery, sign and fixture mounting, and restoration work where a square nut seats flat or locks in a slot, a classic nut for building and repair.
• TRUSTED HILLMAN QUALITY: Hillman supplies dependable fasteners and hardware that homeowners and pros rely on for everyday projects. Keep these nuts on hand for assembly, mounting, and repair jobs around the home and shop.
