- For smartphones and computers: Works with devices that support wired headsets; connect via 3.5 mm jack or the included active USB-C adapter, while iPhone 7–14 require the Lightning bundle (sold separately).
- Check your phone port before ordering: Use the headphone jack if present, otherwise use USB-C; devices with a Lightning port need the Lightning bundle from Opis Technology.
- Push connectors in fully: Plugs must be inserted completely for proper audio and microphone function, and thick phone cases may need to be removed.
