Product Information

About this item

• PULL-CORD MECHANISM, NO ELECTRICITY: Hand pull chopper with 2 stainless steel blades that spin when you pull the cord. Pull the handle 5 times for a coarse chop or 10 times for a fine mince - you control the texture by counting pulls. The 2-cup bowl, anti-skid base, and comfort soft-grip lid keep it steady on the counter while you work. No batteries, no cord-and-plug, no power outlet needed.
• CHOPS ONION, GARLIC, VEGETABLES, FRUITS, HERBS AND NUTS: One manual food chopper that doubles as an onion chopper (lid contains the fumes, so no watery eyes), garlic chopper, vegetable chopper, salad chopper and herb chopper. Makes fresh salsa, pesto, hummus, guacamole, coleslaw, baby food and boneless meat for meatloaf in seconds. Suited to everyday cooking, including Indian cooking. Do not use for ice or hard frozen foods.
• BPA-FREE, FOOD-SAFE BUILD WITH CONCEALED BLADES: The bowl and lid are made from BPA-free, food-safe plastic, and the 2 sharp stainless steel blades stay fully concealed inside the bowl during use, so your hands never touch the cutting area. The plastic bowl is not rated for microwave use - check the printed manual for care guidelines. A quieter, simpler alternative to electric food choppers, which can fail, run loud, and take longer to clean.
• COMPACT FOR SMALL KITCHENS, RVS AND CAMPING: At 2-cup capacity, this hand crank chopper is sized for small kitchens, apartments, dorms, boats and travel. The components pull apart and nest together, so the whole chopper packs down flat and stores in a drawer or backpack. Because it needs no electricity, it works off-grid for camping trips and picnics.
• TOP-RACK DISHWASHER SAFE, EASY TO CLEAN: The blades and bowl are top-rack dishwasher safe, and every component comes apart by hand for fast, thorough cleaning between batches. No tight corners or fixed parts where food gets trapped. Rinse, separate, and load - the whole unit is clean in under a minute.
• WHAT IS IN THE BOX: Each bundle includes the Brieftons Manual Food Chopper (2-cup bowl, cord-pull lid, and cutting rotator with 2 stainless steel blades), a printed instruction manual, and 3 downloadable Brieftons recipe eBooks with ideas you can make right away.
