The Annie Two Way Military Brush, model 2068, is a palm-held military brush built on a light brown wood body with a different bristle face on each side. One face carries soft natural boar fiber for smoothing, polishing and laying hair flat; the other carries firm reinforced bristles that push through thick, coarse and textured hair and reach the scalp on short cuts. That pairing is what makes a two sided hair brush useful for men who train and maintain 360 waves: the firm face works the pattern in one direction across the whole crown, the soft face lays it down and draws scalp oil from root to tip for a low shine, and the pattern holds through wolfing under a durag between barber visits. The same head shapes a beard or mustache, sets a slick back, and cleans up the edge of a fresh taper or fade, so one brush covers scalp and facial hair grooming. Because the body has no handle it sits flush in the palm, which keeps each stroke close and controlled and lets the brush drop flat into a gym bag, dopp kit or barber station.
