About this item

• HAND HAMMERED IN TURKEY: formed by artisans to refine thickness, shape, tone, and feel—each Byzance cymbal is truly one of a kind
• B20 BRONZE ALLOY: composed of 80% copper and 20% tin, this alloy produces a rich, complex sound with a wide dynamic range—perfect for nuanced playing
• DUAL CYMBALS STAND OUT: expanding on the Byzance Extra Dry line, these cymbals are instantly recognizable for their raw, hand-hammered center and lathed, polished edge
• VISUAL + SONIC IMPACT: the sound is similar to the look—trashy, earthy and low at first, ending with a flash of explosive brilliance
• FULLY LATHED UNDERSIDE: opens up the sound, and gives the cymbal a softer feel under the stick
• SIZE AND TYPE: 10" splash
• MODERN MEETS TRADITION: hand hammered with old-world techniques, designed for today’s demands
