About this item

• CLEAN POWER ENTRY: This NEMA 5-15 flanged inlet creates a neat, dedicated electrical connection for panels, enclosures, and wall installations. The flanged body mounts through a 1-3/4-inch opening for a tidy, finished appearance. It routes 15 amp incoming power cleanly, instead of a loose cord running through a door or panel opening.
• EASY WIRING SETUP: This 15-amp inlet is built for straightforward installation, with a clear see-through wiring block that makes terminal placement easier to follow during setup. Included screw options add flexibility for different mounting situations. The cord grip accepts No. 12-3 through No. 18-3 cords for a secure, organized termination.
• TOUGH COMMERCIAL BUILD: The nylon body stands up to severe impact, abrasion, UV exposure, and chemicals, making this power inlet well-suited for demanding indoor and outdoor installations. Commercial-grade construction gives the receptacle a sturdy feel once mounted. The straight blade format keeps hookup familiar and dependable.
• COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SPECS: This flanged inlet is rated 15 Amp and 120-125 Volt AC with a 2-pole, 3-wire configuration and an 1875-watt rating. It features a straight blade plug charger receptacle format in a commercial-grade housing. The body is molded from super-tough nylon, and the panel cutout size is 1-3/4 inches for planning.
• SECURE CORD GRIP FIT: Wiring compatibility covers 12-18 AWG conductors, and the cord grip fits No. 12-3 through No. 18-3 cords. This cUL listed NEMA 5-15 flanged inlet is a male plug design made for routing incoming power rather than serving as an outlet. Cover and pack options vary by pattern, with covered and uncovered versions offered.
• NEMA 5-15 TYPE B FORMAT: The receptacle follows the NEMA 5-15, Type B plug standard with a flange connector design and a 2-pole, 3-wire straight blade layout. This published NEMA specification keeps the format consistent and recognizable, while the black nylon housing pairs the standardized connection with a durable molded body.
• LIFETIME MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: Journeyman-Pro stands behind this flanged inlet with a lifetime warranty, reflecting the commercial-grade nylon construction throughout. Model HJP-5278 is built as a dependable component for professional and DIY installers handling incoming power connections on panels, equipment, and enclosures alike.
