Designed for versatility, it accommodates all types of long noodles including spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, bucatini, angel hair, lasagne, and even ramen noodles. The drying rods are made from BPA-free acrylic, delivering a food-safe, durable, and chemical-free drying surface for your fresh pasta. This rack streamlines the pasta-making process, ensuring noodles dry evenly before cooking or storing for future use, helping prevent sticking, clumping, and spoilage. It also features a built-in pasta wand stored neatly in the center tube, making it easy to transfer fresh or dried noodles directly into boiling water or into storage bags. After use, the wand slides back into place for simple organization. Transporting dried pasta is just as convenient: lift the top knob to remove the rack and release the drying rods one at a time from top to bottom.
