About this item

• THE EASIEST WAY TO TEACH PROPER PENCIL GRIP: The triangular barrel guides thumb, index, and middle finger into the right tripod grip from day one, the easy-to-hold first pencil for kindergarten, preschool, and toddlers ages 2-4 learning to write.
• BUILT TO TEACH PROPER PENCIL GRIP: The triangular barrel guides thumb, index, and middle finger into the correct tripod grip from the very first stroke — an easy-to-hold first pencil for preschool and kindergarten kids learning to write.
• TWICE AS THICK, BUILT NOT TO SNAP: A 4mm graphite core inside a 0.4-inch triangular barrel. Resists breakage under heavy pressure, won't cramp the hand during long sessions. A big pencil made with real wood, non-toxic graphite, full 7-inch length.
• PAIRS WITH THE BEAR CLAW SHARPENER: Built for our own large-hole sharpener, sold separately. Fits any jumbo manual or electric sharpener (not standard pencil sharpeners). Built-in blue eraser at the cap for quick corrections. Want darker lead for drawing? See our 6B variant.
• PACK OF 6, PRE-SHARPENED, FULL 7-INCH LENGTH: Six pencils ready out of the box for the kindergarten or preschool classroom, the homeschool table, OT therapy sessions, and toddlers ages 2-4 learning to write. Built to last, not stub down to nubs after two sharpenings.
