Rani Far Far, or commonly referred to as Fryums because thats exactly what you do to these, your fry them in hot oil for about 20 seconds. They will expand about 2-4x their uncooked size. A mixture of wheat flour, tapioca gives it a very unique flavor and texture. You can season them with Rani Chat Masala or your favorite blend, even salt and pepper.
