The Trident gate latch can be installed for left or right swinging gates; see installation instructions for details. The Trident gate latch features a top pull design for added safety so that children cannot reach the latch to open it. The Trident gate latch can be used with square gate posts and gate frames, but requires the round post adapter for round posts. Search for ASIN B01KECZV52 for the round post adapter.
