About this item

• 3-Quart Capacity: This is a professional-grade, 3-quart (8-1/4" diameter) stainless steel mesh net strainer basket. The wide handles are securely attached, and the basket features a sturdy, mirror-finished wide-rimmed framework.
• Hands-Free Stability: The colander includes 3 sturdy resting feet and wide handles, allowing the basket to rest securely in your pot, sink, or on a countertop. This frees your hands for other food preparation tasks.
• Durable & Safe Design: Constructed from rust-proof firm mesh and sealed steel rims, which prevent food from getting trapped between the mesh and the rim. This hygienic basket is built for repeated daily use and is dishwasher safe.
• Sift, Strain, and Rinse: The concave mesh net easily catches small ingredients. Use it to sift flour and rice, rinse fruits and pastas, and strain thick or thin wet ingredients like sauces and broths.
• Multiple Cooking Uses: The 3-quart size handles most common cooking tasks. Use the basket directly in a pot to steam vegetables, fry foods like French fries, or to cook pasta, making it an essential kitchen tool.
