About this item
- PATENTED ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE MECHANISM: The Sidewinder Revolution 2.0 delivers smooth, continuous handle rotation, so you can train with the exact tension levels you set yourself. It helps build grip, wrist, and forearm strength through flexion, extension, and rotation, without being limited to a fixed resistance.
- TRAIN GRIP, WRIST, AND FOREARM STRENGTH TOGETHER: Independent rotational movement isolates each wrist through flexion and extension, engaging grip, wrist, and forearm in every rep. Sustained gripping load across the complete lower-arm chain transfers directly to deadlifts, swings, and grappling movements where forearm output determines performance.
- PRECISION MACHINED TO LAST FOR YEARS: Machined from anodized aluminum and assembled in the USA, the Revolution 2.0 outlasts plastic spring-based wrist rollers and forearm exercisers that loosen, pull apart, or wear down over time. Smooth, continuous resistance and knurled grips deliver consistent performance session after session, built as a lasting training tool.
- BUILT FOR TRAINING ANYWHERE: Compact and portable, the Revolution 2.0 delivers a complete wrist and forearm workout at home, in the gym, at the office, or on the road — for lifters, athletes, climbers, golfers, MMA fighters, and anyone who needs stronger hands, stronger wrist control, and long-lasting forearm endurance.
- WRIST STABILITY UNDER REPEATED LOADS: As a wrist strengthener and forearm endurance tool, the Revolution 2.0 builds wrist stability progressively over time. Targeted flexion and extension across multiple planes maintains the connective tissue surrounding the wrist joint, keeping wrists less fatigued and more stable through lifting, gripping, swinging, throwing, and catching.
Product Description
The lower arm is that final link between your body and the point of contact, where a weak grip can lose power and control. The Revolution 2.0 strengthens that link with continuous rotational resistance that trains grip, wrist, and forearm together as a connected chain rather than in isolation. Machined from anodized aluminum and assembled in the USA, the Sidewinder Revolution 2.0 is a patented adjustable resistance grip and forearm trainer. Its internal rotational mechanism delivers infinite rotations with precise resistance calibration across every wrist flexion, extension, and rotation. The anodized aluminum construction and smooth, continuous resistance outlast plastic spring-based wrist rollers and forearm exercisers that loosen, pull apart, or wear down. Knurled grips provide a confident holding surface every set. Compact enough to fit in a gym bag or desk drawer, the Revolution 2.0 suits lifters, athletes, climbers, golfers, MMA fighters, and anyone who trains in multiple locations. Progressive resistance builds wrist stability over time, keeping wrists less fatigued and connective tissue around the joint maintained through steady loading. The Revolution 2.0 is a lasting training tool, not a short-term purchase.
