BioTurf BioS+ Turf Cleaner for Pet Urine Outdoor – Artificial Turf Cleaner Deodorizer Concentrate – Fake Grass & Yard Deodorizer for Dog Urine & Feces – Enzyme Kennel Odor Eliminator 32oz 2pk

About this item

• Includes Two 32oz Bottles & BioSiphon Sprayer: This kit contains two 32 ounce bottles of BioS+ concentrate and one hose-end sprayer designed for easy application. This powerful enzymatic cleaner specifically targets and digests the source of odors from dog urine, feces, and organic waste, effectively neutralizing smells rather than just masking them.
• Eliminates Urine & Feces Odors on Any Surface: Powered by active enzymes, BioS+ digests the source of smells—including ammonia and organic waste from poop—rather than masking them. It is highly effective on artificial grass, real grass lawns, gravel dog runs, concrete patios, and kennels without damaging the surface material.
• Safe for Pets, Kids & Plants: Formulated with non-toxic, plant-based ingredients, this outdoor odor eliminator is safe to use around playing children and pets immediately after use. It will not burn lawn grass, harm garden plants, or leave sticky chemical residue on paws, making it a safe choice for residential yards and professional doggy daycares.
• Application Schedule & Rain Resistance: For best results, attach the BioSiphon sprayer and treat the yard every 2 to 4 weeks, or more frequently in high-traffic multi-dog areas. While light moisture helps activate the enzymes, heavy rain may shorten the lifespan between treatments. If you live in a heavy rain area, apply after the weather clears to ensure deep penetration into the turf backing.
• Versatile Indoor/Outdoor Use & Combo Cleaning: This concentrate can be diluted for use on indoor carpets, tile, and cat litter boxes to neutralize ammonia. For ultimate odor control in severe cases, use BioS+ spray for immediate deep cleaning and pair it with BioTurf Granules (sold separately) to extend freshness between liquid applications.
