About this item
- V5 POWERLINE (BASIC SET) – With the Börner V5 Slicer Basic Set, you can effortlessly and quickly slice even the hardest fruits & vegetables into extra thin, thin, medium, or thick slices. The V5 Basic Set is particularly suitable for making perfect slices for beet carpaccio thanks to its sharp blades and extra-thin setting.
- PRECISE CUTTTING WITH SHARP V-BLADE – With the Börner V5 Mandoline and its ultra-sharp stainless steel V-blade, you can slice fruits & vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers, radishes, and much more into uniform slices of different thicknesses. The vegetable slicer mandoline is also ideal for professional use in the catering industry or as a practical gift for home cooks.
- SAFE & EASY TO USE – The set includes a safety guard / fruit holder. The fruit holder serves as a finger guard and protects your fingers from the sharp blades while you can process the fruits & vegetables completely. Our V5 Slicer has non-slip rubber feet that prevents the vegetable slicer from slipping while slicing.
- EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade and also rinse the safety guard / fruit holder under running water. The V-slicer can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
- BÖRNER QUALITY "MADE IN GERMANY" – We are the inventors of the V-slicer and have been offering "Made in Germany" quality since 1956. We manufacture every part – including the blades – at our headquarters in the Eifel region. With our practical kitchen helpers, it is finally easy to prepare good and delicious meals. Our products are for everyone.
