SABRENT USB 3.0 to SATA Hard Drive Docking Station, 2.5/3.5in (EC-UBLB)

About this item

• SATA DRIVES, 2.5" AND 3.5": Takes standard 2.5in and 3.5in SATA hard drives and SSDs, up to 20TB. SATA only: not SAS, and not M.2 NVMe.
• AC ADAPTER INCLUDED AND REQUIRED: The dock runs on the supplied power adapter, not USB bus power. Connect the adapter and switch the unit on before use.
• NEW OR BLANK DRIVES NEED SETUP FIRST: A drive that has never been formatted will not appear until you initialize it in Windows Disk Management or macOS Disk Utility.
• AUTO SLEEP AFTER 30 MINUTES IDLE: The dock sleeps when the connection is left idle and wakes as soon as you access the drive. A sleeping dock is not a failed one.
• USB 3.0 WITH UASP, UP TO 5GBPS: Backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1. Hot-swap supported; do not remove a drive while it is being accessed.
• LED STATUS INDICATORS: A solid blue power LED shows the dock is on and a white transfer LED flashes during data access, so you can see the drive working.
