Product Description

The Benriner mandolin in white is available as normal Benriner (cutting width: 64 mm), Super Benriner (95 mm) and Jumbo Benriner (120 mm). For a secure stand, the vegetable slicer has a non-slip rubber edge. The double-sided blade is made of stainless steel and is infinitely adjustable from 0.3 mm to 5 mm. Included are three Julienne replacement blades (1mm, 2.5mm and 4mm/6mm) as well as a white finger guard. Please note that the Jumbo Benriner only has a finger guard as an accessory and no replacement blades. For optimal protection, we include a grey Prymo.de protective glove with each Benriner mandolin. Due to the universal size, it can be slightly small for very large hands or slightly large for very small hands.
