About this item

• THE WELCOMING HOUSE BLEND: Named after our original roastery neighborhood in Santa Cruz, Seabright is our most inviting blend. It is the perfect entry point into specialty coffee—a brilliant, evergreen profile that meets you exactly where you are.
• SENSORY PROFILE: Classically sweet and undeniably balanced. Expect a soft, fudge-like body complemented by the warm nuttiness of Toasted Hazelnut, finishing with the gentle, bright sweetness of Honeydew and Apricot.
• THE LATIN AMERICAN DUO: We sought coffees that deliver perfect equilibrium year-round. We pair direct-trade lots from the lush community of Montenegro, El Salvador, with structured, high-elevation coffees from Alotenango, Guatemala.
• TWO-PROFILE ROASTING: To guarantee easy drinking and deep complexity, our roasting team develops Seabright along two careful roast profiles before blending. This technique ensures a balanced cup with both soft fruit notes and a comforting, roasted core.
• THE ULTIMATE DAILY DRIP: While complex enough for a meticulous pour-over, Seabright was engineered to be the ultimate automatic-drip coffee. Set your countertop coffee maker and wake up to a flawless, crowd-pleasing pot every single morning.
