Operation Tips When close the mirror, you should match the connecting point to the groove below, and then twist the 10x mirror along "Close" direction to lock the mirror tightly. Q1: Can't open the makeup mirror? A1: Please refer to the installation steps on our user manual in the package, or the video on our product page. Put the 10X side on the top and unscrew the magnified side according to the directional arrows(Turn Right). The battery case opens easily. Insert batteries and match the connection point to the groove below, twist the mirror face(Turn Left) and lock it tightly. Q2: Didn't work? Dim? A2: This lighted mirror is battery-operated and cordless, so it's easy to carry and convenient for you to move to any location. However, the light will be darker compared to a plug-in or rechargeable mirror. This is normal. When you receive it, you need to use 4*AAA batteries for it to light up. If the light still doesn't work or you are not satisfied with the lights, please message us via Amazon Message Center and we will provide a best solution as soon as possible. Q3: Distorted? 10x magnification was too strong? A3: This is due to the magnification intensity. When using the 10x mirror, the magnification function needs to be kept within 4 inches to be able to see, the image is not distorted, and the mirror is very clear.
