Maruso Soy Sauce is all natural and brewed from 100% whole black beans. It is Gluten Free and preservative free. Brewed in the same natural process for generations, the beans' six month fermentation in terra cotta clay pots aids in natural flavor enhancements. This produces a soy sauce that is much lower in sodium than mass-produced brands. Maruso Soy Sauce is especially good for dipping sushi and sashimi. Use it with traditional Asian foods such as egg rolls and won tons, but also with non-Asian foods such as hamburgers, French fries or pizza! Brush it on your meats and vegetables as a grilling glaze.
