About this item

• 1. Upgraded Stronger Hinged Lid: Redesigned with a thicker split-hinge structure to replace the old thin one-piece hinge, giving the lid better strength and durability for repeated opening and closing.
• 2. Built for Anova Nano Users: Compatible with Anova Nano 750W/800W, Anova Pro AN600-US00 1200W, Anova Pro 2.0 AN500-US00 1000W, Anova Pro 3.0 AN525-US00 1100W, Anova Mini 850W and Instant Pot sous vide cooker. Please note the Instant Pot opening may be slightly larger.
• 3. Less Water Evaporation: The fitted collapsible hinged lid helps reduce water evaporation and heat loss during long or overnight sous vide cooking, so you do not need to remove the whole lid to check food or refill water.
• 4. 12 Quart Daily Sous Vide Container: Great size for everyday family sous vide cooking, including steaks, chicken breasts, pork chops, eggs, vegetables, jars, and meal prep. A dedicated container is easier than using random pots and plastic wrap.
• 5. Clear Buying Notice: Includes 12 quart EVC-12 container and upgraded hinged lid only. Sous vide cooker, rack, and sleeve are not included. Container is NSF approved; lid is food safe but not NSF approved. Does not fit old Anova Bluetooth or WiFi models.
