JOSKO Produkte 2738 Sofia Grater Set, Ceramic, Purple with Green

Product Description

With the 3-piece set, you will receive the garlic grater plate with brush and garlic peeler. This allows you to peel the garlic just as easily as it tasty later with the grater plate for your food. Each grater plate is unique – made of fine ceramic, handmade and hand-painted. With the ceramic grater plate, you can easily process garlic and ginger into fine mass. To do this, you can move the object to be rubbed in circular movements from the rim of the plate to the centre over the grating surface of the plate. Then the fine grating material can first be smoothed together with the brush to the centre to be easily lifted from the plate. Thanks to the fine workmanship, the grated material develops a higher aromatic intensity than pressed or cut garlic, as the flavouring garlic capsules are completely grated. Another pleasant side effect is the easy digestibility and quick dispersion of the garlic smell.
