About this item
- ACUPRESSURE MAT AND PILLOW SET: This acupuncture style mat and neck pillow will help you find the joy in a little bit of pain. This will hurt so good while providing valuable restorative benefits without the high costs of a doctor’s visit
- STIMULATES HEALING: Thousands of pressure point nodes work to increase circulation and blood flow to stimulated areas, helping to aid in back and neck pain relief, relaxation, easing stress and reducing tension and inflammation throughout the body
- HOW IT WORKS: By applying pressure against the body, a series of small points work to simulate acupuncture style therapy - when pressure points in the body are stimulated, blood flows to the affected areas to promote pain relief, healing and relaxation
- A FEW MINUTES A DAY: Start by applying light pressure on the mat against a chair or couch for 10-15 minutes, while intermediate and advanced users should begin to apply direct pressure by laying on the mat and pillow shirtless for 15-30 minutes a day
- MULTI-PURPOSE: This set is great for treating many ailments including headaches and migraines, insomnia, fibromyalgia, reflexology, and overall tension and nerve pain relief. The pillow and mat set is easy to spot clean with a damp towel and mild soap
