This allows you to peel the garlic just as easily as prepare it later tasty with the grating plate for your food. Each grating plate is unique - handmade from fine ceramic and hand painted. With the ceramic grating plate, you can easily process garlic and ginger into fine mass. To do this, you can move the material to be rubbed in circular movements from the edge of the plate to the centre over the grating surface of the plate. Then the fine grater can be first painted together with the brush to the middle to be easily lifted from the plate. Thanks to the fine workmanship, the grater develops a higher aromatic intensity than pressed or sliced garlic, as the flavoring garlic capsules are completely crushed. Another pleasant side effect is the easy digestibility and quick disappearance of the garlic smell.
