About this item

• Our Tikka Masala is a delightful plant-based spin on the classic featuring luscious coconut cream, tangy tomatoes, caramelized onions, fresh garlic and ginger, and an aromatic blend of warming Indian spices and sweet paprika.
• HOW TO USE - Add 1 jar of our Tikka Masala to 1 lb sauteed tofu, chicken, fish or veggies or 1/2 cup cooked lentils. Add up to 1 cup coconut milk. Simmer until heated through. Serve with a dollop of plain yogurt and Brooklyn Delhi achaar or chutney (optional) over rice or with naan.
• WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS - Our Tikka Masala is vegan, low sugar, low sodium, and created with no artificial ingredients. Brooklyn Delhi uses no starches, gums or other stabilizers, just wholesome ingredients.
• ROOTED IN TRADITION - Our products will always maintain cultural integrity and pay homage to time-honored Indian culinary traditions as we innovate on better-for-you recipes with wholesome, plant-based ingredients. Our recipes are rooted in tradition, but not bound by it.
• OUR STORY - In a small kitchen in Brooklyn, Chitra and Ben, a cookbook author and an artist, created Brooklyn Delhi to expand the conversation around Indian food in America, bridge cultures by connecting people to real Indian flavors, and create space for a new culinary perspective. Our story is one of identity, flavor, connection, and, of course, love.
