About this item
- Package Includes: (1) Rockville BluTube 70w Tube Amplifier/Home Theater Stereo Receiver w/ Bluetooth; (2) Pair Rockville HC85 Black 8" 700 Watt In-Ceiling Home Theater Speakers 8-Ohm. These are the official child SKU titles and quantities from the HTML description; setup and product videos are provided in the HTML to guide pairing and installation.
- BluTube Audiophile Features: Rockville BluTube is an audiophile-grade tube amplifier with built-in preamplifier, analog VU meter and headphone output. Rated 25-Watts x2 RMS @ 8-Ohm and 35-Watts x2 RMS @ 4-Ohm, with two RCA inputs, USB playback/charging, adjustable bass & treble and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR (33-foot range); tube circuitry avoids hard-clipping for a warmer perceived output.
- HC85 In-Ceiling Performance: Pair Rockville HC85 includes 8" polypropylene woofers, rubber surrounds and 1/2" Mylar dome tweeters with a 1" aluminum voice coil and 20 oz ferrite magnet. The pair delivers 240-Watts RMS (700-Watt peak), frequency response 40Hz-20kHz, paintable flush-mount grills, aim-able swivel tweeter and gold-plated spring push terminals for secure, low-noise connections.
- Room Coverage & Installation: HC85 speakers are precision tuned to deliver clear highs and deep bass without bulky cabinets. The HTML guidance recommends 2-4 speakers for smaller rooms and 8 or more for larger spaces to achieve distributed sound. Spring-loaded push terminals, paintable grills and swivel tweeters simplify placement, wiring and aesthetic integration for home theater or whole-home installs.
- Technical Specs & Compatibility: BluTube freq response 25Hz-20kHz, Input Impedance 47kΩ, Input Sensitivity 300mV, Output Impedance 4-8 Ohm, THD =0.02%, S/N =86dB, USB supports WAV/MP3/WMA/APE/FLAC, 110V supply, unit weight 6.6 lbs, dims 10.6" x 10.2" x 5.1". HC85 cut-out 9.3", mount depth 3.03", sensitivity 89dB, impedance 8 Ohm. BluTube rear terminals support banana plug or binding post connections.
