Organic Banana Powder Our goal is to make the least processed banana powder on earth. We start out with Organically grown, fresh bananas. Once ripe they are peeled, frozen, and freeze-dried. As the final step, they are ground to a fine powder and packaged. Less Packaging Why a Pouch? At about 1/5th the weight of a plastic (HDPE) jar and 1/20th the weight of a glass jar, the pouch has up to a 5x lower carbon footprint than both a glass and plastic bottle (taking into account carbon emissions from production, transportation, and disposal).
