About this item

• GET THE ULTIMATE FULL BODY WORKOUT THROUGH INSTABILITY – Pick up the Tidal Tank and you immediately feel its unforgiving properties. The entire weight of the water sloshing from one side to the other in response to the smallest tilt. In order to raise it above your head, even the smallest muscles are activated, working together with the bigger muscles to maintain balance and power. Because of this, even 20 pounds of water can humble trained athletes.
• EXPERIENCE THE FUN CHALLENGE OF A ‘LIVE’ WEIGHT – In contrast to ‘dead’ weights, the Tidal Tank reacts to your every movement. Because of this, EVERY REPITITION IS DIFFERENT, asking something different from your muscles and motor control each time. This trains athletes to be robust, promotes muscle growth for the fitness lover, and most of all – according to our customers - is a lot of fun.
• KETTLE BELL ADJUSTABLE UP TO 12 LBS – The Tank can be filled with up to 12 pounds of water. But don’t focus on this weight to much, even experienced athletes only use it with 6 pounds and still get sore. It’s all about the movement. In the included brochure we even added an indicator to see how many pounds of water is in the Tank based on the water level height.
• FOR IN THE GYM / HOME / OUTDOOR / HOLIDAYS .. – The Tidal Tank, when empty, is only 2 pounds and 2 by 5 inch when folded up. It is easy to take anywhere, and have it ready in minutes with the special pin valve. Push the pin once to open it up for water. Hold it under the faucet until you reach the desired weight. Push the pin again to open it up for air. Attach the pump, give it a few pumps until the Tank is firm, and you’re ready to go!
• ONLY WITH THE TIDAL TANK: EVERYTHING YOU NEED – We are fully focused on the Tidal Tank, and want to give you everything you may need, in one purchase. So we made the Tidal Tank transparent, allowing you to see the water level, and included a handy water level to weight indicator so you can see how many pounds of water to add. Furthermore, you will get free access to our online training center with many exercises for your inspiration. Not satisfied for any reason? RETURN FOR FREE within 30 days.
