SnS Grills Slow ‘N Sear Original Charcoal Basket for Weber 22” Kettle — Two-Zone Smoker Attachment for Low and Slow BBQ, Reverse Sear — America’s Test Kitchen Best Grill Accessory

About this item

• AMERICA’S TEST KITCHEN BEST CHARCOAL GRILL ACCESSORY (2021): The Slow ‘N Sear is the only charcoal basket independently tested and ranked #1 by America’s Test Kitchen. No advertising, no paid placement — just head-to-head testing against every competitor on the market. SnS Grills' products are backed by 11 patents, no imitation can replicate the engineering that earned that recognition.
• TURNS YOUR WEBER 22” KETTLE INTO A TWO-ZONE SMOKER: Slide the Slow ‘N Sear charcoal basket to one side of your Weber kettle and you instantly have a low-and-slow smoking zone at 225°F and a high-heat searing zone for steaks and burgers — no second grill, no permanent modifications. The smoker attachment that makes a $150 kettle cook like a $1,500 offset.
• BUILT-IN WATER RESERVOIR — HOLDS 225°F FOR 8–12 HOURS: The integrated water trough adds consistent moisture to every cook, keeping brisket, ribs, and pork shoulder moist through the entire smoke. Load the charcoal basket once and the Slow ‘N Sear naturally maintains low and slow temperatures for hours without babysitting. No aftermarket water pans. No temp chasing.
• THE ORIGINAL BY SNS GRILLS: SnS Grills invented two-zone kettle cooking. The Slow ‘N Sear is patent protected, which means no competitor can legally replicate the design that makes it work — the precision charcoal ramp, the integrated water reservoir, the exact geometry that creates a true two-zone environment inside a standard kettle. This is the original, not a knockoff charcoal holder.
• FROM YOUR FIRST BRISKET TO COMPETITION DAY: Whether you’re a weekend warrior learning to smoke ribs or a seasoned pitmaster dialing in a reverse sear, the Slow ‘N Sear delivers competition-grade results on a backyard budget. Fits all Weber 22” kettles and most standard 22-inch kettle grills. SnS Grills — the company behind America’s best-selling kettle grill accessories.
