Buy Whole Foods Kosher Sea Salt (Fine) (1kg)

Product Description

Kosher salt is a salt which is less refined than your normal table salt, and is often used to add that extra crunch to savoury and sometimes some sweet dishes. You can either get Kosher salt in two different sizes, fine and coarse, with coarse meaning it comes less refined and it takes a long time to dissolve. Because of its wider grains, the coarse salt is more widely used in the culinary industry. Using this salt enhances the flavour of the food rather than making the dish salty.
