Product Description

Organic Puffed Millet is proving an evermore popular breakfast cereal across the UK and Europe. And given that it naturally contains no gluten, and is full of fibre, it is the perfect addition to your cupboards. The millet is perfectly used in cereals, baking or it can be added to mueslis. Puffed Millet is a type of product which has been very underutilised in modern diets, often substituted for puffed rice, the puffed millet is a great base for baking recipes which include grains in the ingredients.
