Product Description

Oat bran is a rich source of soluble fibre and great for gut health, add hot dairy-free milk to oat bran for a fibre-rich breakfast or sprinkle on fresh fruit and yoghurt. Oat bran is a rich source of soluble fibre and is great for gut health. It is made from part of the oat grain; once the inedible hard shell of the oat grain is removed, it leaves the oat groat. The outer layer of the oat groat that remains is the oat bran. This is then milled to form an easily digestible source of fibre, which is good for healthy digestion and a great way to start the day. Soluble fibre is associated with lowering cholesterol and improving digestion, oat bran can be used to create a fibre-rich breakfast from using to make a version of porridge to adding to baking.
