Lamson 2 Piece Kitchen Set, Slotted and Solid Turners, Right Hand

About this item

• THE TWO BLADES THAT COVER ALMOST EVERYTHING: A slotted chef's turner for the things that fall apart, fish, eggs and pancakes, where the slots drain oil on the lift, and a solid 3" x 5" turner for cookies, brownies and burgers, where a slot is a liability and the food sags into the gap. Most kitchens need both.
• HEAT AND WATER RESISTANT POM HANDLES, DISHWASHER SAFE: The handles are POM, polyoxymethylene, a rugged composite that resists heat and moisture far better than wood, secured with nickel silver rivets. Both pieces go on the top rack indefinitely without cracking, swelling or separating at the rivet, and need no oiling.
• FULL-TANG CONSTRUCTION IN BOTH PIECES: The steel runs the full length of each handle and is riveted rather than glued or press-fit, so neither piece works loose under leverage. This is the right-hand configuration; the blade offsets are angled for how a right-handed cook.
• SAFE ON NON-STICK WITH MODERATE PRESSURE: Both blades carry a fine edge rather than a rounded one, which is what lets them slide under an egg or a cookie on a coated pan. Use moderate pressure and smooth strokes on non-stick.
• WHAT ARRIVES: Two pieces, a Lamson chef's slotted turner and a 3" x 5" solid turner, both with POM handles and nickel silver rivets, full-tang stainless construction, proudly manufactured in Westfield, Massachusetts.
