American Oak Barrel (2 liter) with Chalkboard Front - Charred Mini Keg for Aging Cocktails, Bourbon, Scotch, Whiskey, Gin, Hot Sauce - Home Bar Decor by Thousand Oaks Barrel Co.

About this item

• HOW DOES IT WORK? Cure your oak aging barrel following the instructions included, then simply pour in your favorite spirit and Age to Taste! Due to the high proportion of liquid in contact with a mini barrel interior, spirits will mature up to 10x faster than large, commercial size barrels, giving a well-aged, top shelf tasting liquor in weeks rather than years.
• PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS - Extract natural flavor elements from the charred oak barrel interior (such as vanilla and sweet spices) and infuse them into any classic cocktail: The Manhattan, Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Mint Julep, Whiskey Sour and many more.
• PERSONALIZE YOUR MINI BOURBON BARREL – Write a name, barreling date, ABV% or tasting note directly onto the barrel head via a chalkboard panel.
• MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS - Use as a dispenser for wine, cider, beer, hot sauce or kombucha. Our wooden barrel can be re-used for many years and makes for a great addition to any kitchen counter top or man cave liquor cabinet.
• KIT INCLUDES - One 2 liter American white oak barrel with wooden stand, oak bung and spigot, storing tablets and complete instructions. Dimensions: 7.5" x 5" x 5" inches. Alcohol NOT included!
