Product Information

About this item

• Cordierite Pizza Stone : The 12 inch round pizza stone is made from premium cordierite and sintered at 2100℉high temperature. The strong thermal stability allows it to withstand temperatures up to 1400℉ and won’t crack or warp like cheap ceramic stones, even under extreme oven-to-grill temperature shifts.
• Perfect Heat Retention : 6mm optimal thickness requires 40-60 mins preheat (like professional pizza ovens) to lock in heat 3X longer than thin stones, ensuring no cold spots for evenly crispy crusts every time.
• Multipurpose Baking Stone : The baking stone can be used on the oven and BBQ grill. The pizza stone for oven is ideal for artisan bread (steam-baked crust!), cookies, flatbreads, and even searing steaks. Transform your home oven into a versatile bakery & grill!
• Crispy Crust Pizza : Our pizza stone's special porous structure soaks up extra moisture from your dough as it bakes. Combined with proper 40-60 minute preheating, this creates perfectly crispy, evenly baked crusts just like pizzerias make - no more limp, soggy pizza!
• WARM TIP - No unpleasant smell under normal use. Never season the pizza pan with oil or grease. Never use soap or detergent to clean the stone as it may be absorbed and affect the taste of food. Not dishwasher safe. If the stone arrives damaged or you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
