• Electric Paper Creasing: Motor-driven rollers pull each inserted sheet through at a fixed 25 r/min speed, making repetitive folding tasks easier for cards, invitations, menus, brochures, and covers.
• Creasing, Perforating, and Light Cutting: Includes 2 creasing blades, 1 perforating blade, and 1 cutting blade. The cutting blade is intended for light paper trimming and does not replace a dedicated paper cutter.
• Up to 18.5-Inch Paper Width: Handles paper up to 470 mm wide.Suitable for 60–500 gsm paper in folding applications, and 60–250 gsm in perforating/cutting operations, including copy paper, cardstock, business card paper, and coated paper.
• Flexible Blade: Adjustable blade positions allow two crease lines—or a crease and perforation—to be completed in one pass. Keep working blades at least 2–3 cm apart for better results.
• Adjust Before Batch Use: The blades arrive installed and 3 hex wrenches are included for adjustment. Set the blade height, supporting wheel, paper guide, and pressure rollers, then test one sheet before processing a batch. Avoid mounting perforating or cutting blades directly over the screws that secure the white rubber wheel.
