1 Liter Mini Charred American Oak Whiskey Aging Barrel Dispenser

About this item

• HOW DOES A SMALL 1 LITER OAK AGING BARREL WORK? Due to the high proportion of liquid in contact with the mini wooden barrel charred interior, spirits age 10x faster than larger, a commercial sized whiskey bourbon barrel, giving a balanced and aged flavor to alcohol in weeks rather than years.
• FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to cure your handcrafted 1L oak barrel and start sampling aged bourbon whiskey after just a few days. If desired, add Swish Barrel Essence Flavoring (not included) and in two weeks, your one-of-a-kind liquor blend will be aged to perfection and ready to serve straight from the tap. Pour into a liquor decanter to stop the aging process.
• PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS - Extract natural flavor from a small charred American oak barrel interior (such as vanilla, sweet spices and coconut ) and infuse them into any cocktail drink: The Manhattan, Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Mint Julep and many more.
• PERSONALIZE YOUR 1L MINI BOURBON BARRELS – Write a name, batch number, barrel date, alc. proof or tasting note directly onto the barrel head chalkboard face. Included: one 1L oak barrel complete with wooden stand, bung, spigot, funnel and instruction booklet.
• USE FOR MULTIPLE AGING CYCLES - 1 liter barrel kegs can be used for many years and makes for great bar-restaurant liquor dispenser decor, or addition to any man cave liquor cabinet. A unique gift for any whiskey or bourbon enthusiast. Visit our Storefront Page for more personalized designs, whiskey making kits, and more.
