The finished mixture is evenly distributed over the hair, lightens it up to 7 tones. Creates a glossy, shiny blond.Method of application: Use non-metallic dishes. Mix 2 scoops of powder and oxygenate in a 1: 2 ratio (1 part powder to 2 parts oxygenate).
